Devin can take control of cold and bend it to his will. He can walk to hell and he rides a fantastic dragon into battle. Devin has been known to change shape into a lynx and he has learned to transform any ghost into air. Also, he is able to force zebras to tell the truth and he has mastered the ability to create fire out of thin air. Devin has the power to view distant locations with his mind. Tragically, Devin is handicapped by being kind of an asshole.
